Teknokroma introduces the new Finisterre ™ line, solid phase extraction columns, to prepare a sample quickly and efficiently through cleaning and concentration preparatory to analysis by GC, HPLC, and / or other instrumental methods. The SPE method concentrates and purifies the analytes from the solution by absorption on a disposable cartridge in solid phase, followed by elution of the analyte with an appropriate and compatible solvent with the subsequent instrumental analysis. Finisterre ™ SPE columns improve sample purity, quantification and HPLC column life.
